I have decided that I am only doing classes by request this summer. So get a group of 3-4 kids together and give me a call to set up a class at a time that works for both your schedules and mine.
Looking for something fun for your child to do this summer? Well, why not let them try out a sewing class. They can have fun while learning a new skill! All kids must be 7 years old by the start of class.
What do we sew? The students get to pick what they want to sew for each project with some guidance from the teacher about what is appropriate for their sewing level. Some of the options include: skirts, pants, shorts, peasant tops and nightgowns, fringe scarves, sleeping bags and clothing for your 18 inch doll, pillows, quilts, bags and many other projects. How many projects they complete will depend on what type of projects they decided to sew. Clothing type projects typically take 4-5 hours and some of the smaller projects may only take 1 hour.
Because the students move at their own pace and work on projects of their choosing I limit all kids classes to 4 students.
What supplies are included?
For all camp classes all supplies are included!
Cost: $195 per child for 12 total hours of class (4 days x 3 hours or 3 days x 4 hours)
